Should earwax removal be necessary for both ears, an additional £40 will be charged during the appointment.

Please note - If you fail to provide at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, we can not offer a refund.

Have you oiled?

We highly recommend only using Earol Olive Oil for 3 to 5 days prior to your appointment to soften the wax and help the removal process. Bare this in mind when making your booking.

Hardened earwax is difficult to remove.
We do this to prevent a wasted appointment and paying again to reschedule.
