This covers your home visit, full consultation, otoscopy examination, video otoscope (with live images shown to you), and wax removal for one ear, if needed.
If both ears require treatment, an additional £40 is payable on the day. Or arranged with Klarna.
The video otoscope gives you complete peace of mind, allowing you to see the before and after treatment, something rarely offered by high street clinics.
If a revisit is needed...
In some cases, wax may be too old, dry and hard to remove safely in one visit, and needs softening further with EAROL Olive Oil spray. If a revisit is necessary, we offer it at a discounted rate of £40 to book, payable upfront like any standard appointment. And If both ears require treatment, an additional £40 is payable on the day. Or arranged with Klarna.
In the rare event that a third appointment is still needed, it will be provided free of charge.
Important Notes
All appointments, first visits or revisits, are charged per visit, as they require the same time, equipment, and clinical care.
The upfront fees are non-refundable, even if removal is not possible due to factors like no wax present, an active infection, or hardened wax that requires softening.
Our pricing reflects the convenience, time, and professional service brought directly to your home.
Please note – If you fail to provide at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, we cannot offer a refund. This is because late cancellations may not allow us enough time to offer the appointment to someone else in need.

We highly recommend only using Earol Olive Oil for 3 to 5 days prior to your appointment to soften the wax and help the removal process. Bare this in mind when making your booking.
Hardened earwax is difficult to remove.
We do this to prevent a wasted appointment and paying again to reschedule.
