This non-refundable fee is required at the time of booking to confirm your home visit. The payment will be made in instalments through Klarna and covers our specialist’s time, expertise, and travel, bringing professional ear care directly to your home.

IMPORTANT - Should earwax removal be necessary for both ears, an additional £40 will be charged during the appointment. You will have the option to either pay this amount in full at the appointment or set up a second separate payment with Klarna on the appointment.

Please note – If you fail to provide at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, we cannot offer a refund. This is because late cancellations may not allow us enough time to offer the appointment to someone else in need.

We highly recommend only using Earol Olive Oil for 3 to 5 days prior to your appointment to soften the wax and help the removal process. Bare this in mind when making your booking.

Hardened earwax is difficult to remove.
We do this to prevent a wasted appointment and paying again to reschedule.
